How does it work?

Our expert trainers come out from behind the podium and kick PowerPoint to the curb! Experiential learning is the key to cementing new concepts, so we break down the walls to engage participants meaningfully from start to finish.

Choose the format that works for you! We can:

  • Lead an intensive, partial-day skills workshop (2-5 hours)
  • Lead a multi-day series of workshops (1-3 hours)
  • Facilitate short breakout sessions during a longer meeting (20 minutes each)
  • Provide a keynote address

Because we practice what we preach, our trainings are customizable. We will design specific content to target your company’s needs, working collaboratively with your leadership team and drawing on our own extensive professional network as needed.

We are mobile! On-site workshops, off-site workshops, our-site workshops…Our trainers will go to you, or you can come to us for training in the historic Bangor Opera House.
