Student Matinees 2013-2014

At the Opera House - Student Matinees

To ensure opportunities for children of all ages and backgrounds to attend the theatre, we open the Opera House to all student audiences. Prior to each matinee, schools who book will receive a student study guide to prepare them for the performance. Accompanying each Student Matinee reservation is an invitation to stay for a "talk-back" session after the show with the actors and creative team to further the understanding of the production's themes and artistic challenges. Tickets are $6 for students $10 for adult chaperones. We request a 10:1 ratio of students to teachers. All performances begin at 10 a.m.

For all inquiries and bookings, please contact Director of Education Jasmine Ireland at or 947-6618 ext. 107.
