Penobscot Theatre Company is seeking a new box office manager. As a prominent voice and face of the company, this individual must be a true “people person,” eager to engage professionally and respectfully with diverse parties, to present the theatre’s offerings knowledgeably and enthusiastically, and to problem-solve expeditiously as issues arise. In addition to managing all box office transactions, this key team member also provides administrative support. Candidates must be detail-oriented and technologically savvy and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. The position is full-time. It requires flexible hours including some, evenings, weekends and holidays that may exceed 40 hours per week.
