All individual ticket sales are final. There are no refunds. If Penobscot Theatre Company cancels a performance for any reason (including inclement weather) and an exchange to another performance of the same production is not possible, we will place the value of the tickets purchased as a credit on the purchaser’s account, to be used toward future ticket or program purchases.
If you cannot attend a performance for any reason, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, up to four hours before the originally ticketed performance. Subscribers may exchange their tickets without any fee once per production. Ticket exchanges for non-subscribers are subject to a $2 per ticket exchange fee. Ticket exchanges to a higher-priced performance or higher-priced seats will also be charged the difference in ticket cost.
The refund and exchange policies detailed above apply in cases of inclement weather. All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. However, if dangerous, snowy/icy road conditions prohibit ticket-holders from attending a performance and they notify the box office at least four hours in advance of the scheduled start time, they may move their seats to another performance of the same production, subject to availability, or receive a credit on their account for use toward future ticket or program purchases. Failure to notify the box office at least four hours in advance of the originally ticketed performance will result in the forfeiture of tickets.
